Very responsive, timely, and thorough. RlD doesn’t cut corners and is truly customer focused. The truck arrived at the expected time for loading with an hour ahead courtesy call. When a delivery date was set, we received a call immediately and verified the date and time for delivery. John went out of his way to make sure our delivery process was flawless. RDL hired the right crew for the job and took great care to prevent any damage to our house and keep it clean. The service was worlds better than any prior moving company we’ve had (and we’ve had 8 different moving companies over the last several years). Everyone was positive, upbeat, kind and worked hard through the entire process. In all, RDL made sure my family and our belongings were well taken care of and truly cared that the job was completed to our satisfaction. We would use them again without hesitation and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a professional moving company. They definitely offered the best value across the industry considering cost and the top notch service we received.

I recently relocated my family from upstate NY to Charlotte, NC. We had contracted with a local moving company, but they were unable to move us due to a health emergency. RLD was able to step in at the last minute and move our stuff (4 bedroom house). They picked up our stuff on time, and delivered it ahead of schedule 2 days later. The guys who loaded up the stuff and the guys who unloaded it were professional and took good care of our house and belongings. John DiMariangeli, the driver, was super professional, communicated all the details effectively, and really gave us a sense of being someone we could trust with our stuff. Overall, we were very pleased with the experience and would work with RLD again.

I am so grateful to have found this moving company! I did a local one bedroom apartment move that I requested about 10 days prior to my move in date. RLD was very easy to work with! Everyone I interacted with was polite and professional. They were timely, efficient and careful with everything. About one year later I recommended them to a friend who's 2 bedroom move went brilliantly! Can't recommend them enough!

Jimmie Denmark made this move the success that it was. I feel that he went above and beyond. Jimmie communicated with me at every step. He even put all of my heavier furniture pieces together! I would highly recommend Jimmie! Thank you for making this move such a success. He also moved my Dad’s antique carriage with this shipment from the East Coast to the West coast - he took such good care to ensure it was not damaged. Jimmie’s attention to detail is much appreciated. He treated my belongings as if they were his own. Thank you!

RLD moved us from Florida to New Jersey. They did a great job! They contacted us before they came and showed up on time with a great crew. Rob and this crew took very good care loading and unloading our belongings. They unloaded and did not leave until we were sure all of the furniture and boxes were where we wanted them. We would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a great moving team!!

My moving crew did an excellent job with my recent move from a 3 level duplex to a 3 level condo. This 3-man team were very hard workers. Not an easy move. And on top of that, it kept raining off and on. They put protective material down for all of my floors and carpeting at both locations. They were very efficient in using the time of the heavier rains to bring things from upstairs and downstairs to the main floor, not wasting any time. They were very mindful of what items they were able to load with a bit of rain coming down; and what items to wait, such as mattresses & wood furniture. Luckily, when they arrived at the condo, the rain had stopped...so the unload went a lot smoother. They made certain that they were placing things in the correct rooms; and asking about placement so that we didn't have to rearrange a bunch of things later. I was very pleased, and would use them again...but hopefully not any time in the very near future!!!

Great to work with under high stress moving in a business and warehouse setting. Their office staff was responsive and timely in providing a quote. We just had them in for a 3rd move that was done faster then quoted, without damages and the guys were pleasant to work with. They jumped right in and followed directions on our floor plan. Will use them again!

Absolutely amazing company and team. They took care of my family from start to finish. RLD packed all my items into boxes, loaded them into the truck, drove 14 hours to my new home and unpacked all my boxes. Not one broken item. They are exactly what you would look for in a month company. Highly recommend !!

From start to finish on our first military move across the country This team has provided exceptional service & a worry free experience all around . The team arrived on the scheduled day to pack all our belongings and took extreme amount of care with every item from big to small. We were even asked how we preferred things to be moved and packed and arranged Which made us feel very confident that the team was going to take care of us! Our items ended up arriving a lot sooner than anticipated a whole two weeks early, which was very exciting. Our belongings arrived just as they left and it truly felt like the team treated them as if they were their own belongings. Never once did we feel awkward or uncomfortable with any of the team members! In fact, we were walked through a lot of the process with every question explained and answered. We received email confirmation of all our items and each inventory number etc & the paper work was very clean organized and immediately available for us to access if needed. Upon unloading our bed was set up & every box and item was placed exactly where I preferred. If I ever decided to change From the room that I needed moved, the team gladly relocated that item exactly where I requested instantly! If I could choose this team all over again every single time for every single move I definitely would! Not only did they do the most amazing perfect job but they were very social & had many conversations with us! They were so kind, caring and delicate with every belonging you will feel at ease trust me ! Whole process took 2 hours to pack and load going and arriving! Super fast easy & clean!
